PIASA can guarantee vendors a minimum 80% of a property’s estimated value. You will thus have both the security of a confirmed sale while retaining the benefit of selling at auction to the highest bidder.
Advance on sales :
PIASA can advance up to 50% of the estimated value of property before the sale.
